Customer satisfaction is our top priority. You may return new, unused, and resalable items for a refund. Simply ensure that the item is returned in its original product packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Please read dimensions before purchasing your furniture item. The size and weight of the item determines the shipping costs. Please note that depending on the reason for your returning an item, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping is not refundable on items returned due to customer preference/change of mind.
If an item is damaged upon delivery, please notify us ASAP. Buyers will not be responsible for return shipping costs if item is damaged.
Inside the box, include your contact information, the order number, and the reason for the return. On the outside of the box, write the RMA number and the appropriate return address; both of which will be provided to you upon contacting us via the aforementioned email address.
Please ensure that the package is fully sealed before shipping. We ask that the item be shipped either FEDEX or UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Using one of these methods will allow the package to be traced and the credit process much quicker. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged.
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
